Easy Brazilian Cheese Bread

If you are looking for an easy baking recipe, this is something you should try!

I was amazed by how easy and quick of this Brazilian cheese bread recipe.

It’s chewy and soft. The texture is pretty similar to mochi or Korean rice cake I assume?!

Some people enjoy this bread with condensed milk but for me having it alone is my favorite thing!

Ingredients and substitutes:

Tapioca flour

Milk

Honey: agave syrup, condensed milk

Sugar

Mozzarella cheese

Egg

Butter

remember to coat your tin with a lot of butter
Pour the batter half way through

You can make a big batch of this cheese bread, store it in an airtight container and then put them in the refrigerator for up to a week!

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C.
  2. Brush the muffin tin with generous amount of soft butter and set aside.
  3. In a blender, add all the ingredients and pulse until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin halfway through, or leave about 1/2 inch from the top.
  5. Bake at 190C for 18-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a rack.
  7. Enjoy!
