Easy Brazilian Cheese Bread

If you are looking for an easy baking recipe, this is something you should try!
I was amazed by how easy and quick of this Brazilian cheese bread recipe.
It’s chewy and soft. The texture is pretty similar to mochi or Korean rice cake I assume?!
Some people enjoy this bread with condensed milk but for me having it alone is my favorite thing!

Ingredients and substitutes:
Tapioca flour
Milk
Honey: agave syrup, condensed milk
Sugar
Mozzarella cheese

You can make a big batch of this cheese bread, store it in an airtight container and then put them in the refrigerator for up to a week!
